Over the past 7 years we have developed a unique software to host all kinds of e-commerce websites and applications.

We are currently growing rapidly whilst acquiring larger clients, some of which are some of the UK’s biggest household names.

Unlike a digital agency where the aim is to sell hours, we sell virtual products allowing our staff to work in a more relaxed environment whilst having bigger overall ambitions.

With our head office based in Leeds City Center (Call Lane), Corefinity's staff work mostly from the office and our overall goal is to move towards a 4 day week, currently finishing early on Friday whilst working towards this goal.

Job description

About the role:

This is a great opportunity for an individual with some experience as a personal assistant looking to take the next step in their career.

Organisational skills are a big plus and we'd also consider someone coming from a project management, account management or organisational background looking for a career change.

You will act as the personal assistant to the managing director, assisting with managing various calendars, taking charge of incoming communications and labelling these accordingly, managing various todo lists and overall assistance with day to day tasks in a fast paced yet relaxed environment.

Requirement:

• Organisational skills are key.
• Ability to take notes during various meetings.
• To manage calendars and assist with organising meetings and calls.
• Assistance with various administration tasks within the business (i.e scheduling interviews with new hires, assisting with documentation for new hires, etc).

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Good organisation & planning skills.
• Strong verbal & written skills with keen attention to detail.
• Great team player who is passionate about delivering results to help grow the business.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
