This is an exciting opportunity to join People and Places as the Personal Assistant to the newly appointed Culture & Leadership Director and another Executive / Head of in People and Places. The Culture & Leadership team focus on activating the culture which we aspire to have through our leaders and Culture programmes, bringing together all listening activity into one place and creating a performance culture
The PA role will organise the activities of the Culture & Leadership Director and another Executive / Head of, to enable them to maximise their contribution to the business. The successful candidate will be required to primarily support with diary management, but also be expected to support in a range of administrative tasks, supporting management of cross-divisional relationships as well as co-ordinating activities alongside the Culture & Leadership Director’s Executive Assistant.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage diaries to achieve optimum time effectiveness
- Performing standard administrative tasks (e.g. time, expenses, requisitions)
- Using the full functionality of standard office software as required, good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Support with other administration tasks, such as booking travel and arranging larger meetings/hospitality
- Planning and prioritising days through effective diary management using your own initiative and judgement from knowledge of key issues
- Engage with senior partners within the team and outside, clarifying requirements to support decisions
