Mason Rak are excited to recruit a superstar LinkedIn Sourcing Consultant and aPersonal Assistant to support CEO of a fast - growing global recruitment firm.
We are looking to hire a hard working and reliable individual who will be the working on a number of exciting projects and get fantastic exposure to various task from marketing to linkedin research and administration.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn is essential for this role.
We are looking to attract a collaborative person with a great attention to detail!
THE ROLE:
Assisting with day to day operations, lead generation & administration for the business.
Executive Assistant support to the founder with organising meetings, diary management, liaising with external research team, generating marketing ideas etc.
The working knowledge of Linked In is essential for this role.
THE PERSON:
Remote nature of this role assumes a person would be a self-starter who loves responsibility, autonomy and is reliable member of the team.
Driven, flexible and motivated to work in a start-up tax recruitment firm.
Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, English, History.
Excellent IT & communication skills.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Recruitment/Administration/Executive Assistant role.
