Personal Assistant to the CEO and Chair
AfC Band 5 plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,591.56 per annum
Hours – 37.5
Contract Duration – Fixed term for 2 years
Post Details – This a key post in the Corporate Services Team to deliver a comprehensive Executive PA service to the Chief Executive Officer as well as the Board Chair.
The role also includes deputising for the Board Secretary role in delivering board services, including providing administrative support to Board Non-Executives.
This includes providing export administrative skills and organisational ability in a very busy and demanding role. It also requires expert minute taking skills to support the Corporate Management Team, as well as providing support to board committees during leave periods.
The post holder will undertake a wide variety of work, and will often be subject to interruptions and competing demands.
Experience – To be considered for this role you must have a relevant qualification to HND level, or equivalent experience and should have demonstrable experience as a personal assistant or in an equivalent role.
