Job Summary
Metis Automation, an Award-Winning creator of software that makes complex manufacturing processes more efficient and more profitable, seeks an Personal Assistant to support the Technical Director. We are looking for a positive and adaptable person to join our small team.
Duties
- Administration tasks.
- Sending and following up invoices.
- Digital marketing, which includes updating our website, posting to our YouTube Channel, managing LinkedIn posts and creating and uploading content.
- Basic SEO for our website.
- Communicating with customers via phone or email.
- Booking appointments and managing calendar.
- Creating and managing marketing emails.
- Setting up new processes.
Essential Skills
A positive and professional attitude.
Great clear communication skills via phone and email.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. You must be able to learn new systems quickly and have a good typing speed.
Preferred Skills
Ideally experienced with website management / using WordPress.
At least 1 year experience working in an Administrative, Marketing, PA or EA role or similar.

As an ambitious start-up company, there will be potential for fast growth within Metis Automation.
You’ll start this role working directly with the Technical Director who will provide training, support and a growth path.
Working Hours
24 hours per week between Monday & Friday.
Flexibility within 8am & 5pm. Hours can be discussed further at interview.
Salary
£11.55 per hour
