EA Search is pleased to be exclusively representing a luxury and award-winning architecture practice in West London, leading the search for a Personal Assistant to join the team supporting the CEO directly with both personal and business-related matters.
The practice currently employs just over 40 individuals, all of whom are highly capable and with a demonstrable track record of designing some of the most exceptional homes, apartments, and places in and around London.
Purpose of the Personal Assistant role:
The CEO is extremely busy in both her business and personal life and thus requires an experienced and confident Personal Assistant to assist her with her day-to-day. The role will also support the Managing Director with ad hoc business-related matters, as/when required but the primary focus will the the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and will have a unique ability to proactively scan the horizon, identifying issues/challenges before they transpire, will be highly competent with diary, inbox, and travel management, and with the confidence and professionalism to become the first point of contact for UHNW / HNW clients and investors.
We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term position, and to continue to grow their career within the business. The team is well looked after and all look after one another - the successful applicant must have the same mindset.
Responsibilities
- Managing a complex diary, ensuring to investigate meetings and prioritise accordingly.
- Triaging emails on behalf of the CEO and Managing Director.
- Travel coordination and supported logistics, booking flights, transfers, and accommodation.
- Setting up business and personal meetings, including the booking of venues.
- Support with personal matters such as booking holidays, insurance, MOTs, negotiating contracts, supporting with the administration in relation to personal projects and investments.
- Working closely with the CEO's housekeeper and nanny to ensure they're coordinated to suit the needs of the family.
- Acting as the first point of contact for HNW/UHNW clients, both in person and via phone/email.
- Adhoc support with special assignments and projects as required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £40,000 and £50,000
- Flexibility surrounding office days - the team are usually in the office 4 days a week, but some flexibility will be required to suit the schedule of the CEO.
