We are a small growing team working on Property Development, Interior Design and as a buying agent for private clients, based in West London. Our core areas of operation are West & Central London but we have some amazing projects, branching further afield with Cornwall & Devon.
Our projects include luxury residential developments in London as well as some new upcoming commercial large-scale hotel project including aspa, bar and restaurant amongst some of the facilities. We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and administrator. You will be well supported and given opportunities to grow your skills. The role is full time but we are happy for a hybrid working with at least 2 days a week office based (CEO’s home office).
Job Description - Executive Assistant
In this Executive Assistant and administrator role, you’ll be joining a small team, we are looking to add an integral member to the team. The role will be varied, supporting the Director mainly and assisting the Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have experience as a personal assistant and will be able to work enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment. This person must be well organised, flexible, enjoy the administrative challenges and be able to take initiative.
- Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing executive assistance to the Director to include all travel arrangements, and diary management.
- Undertaking tasks as per Director’s requests, to include filing in mortgage and others documents relating to property purchases.
- Supporting the team with project administration
- Maintaining and updating the social media platforms – content will be provided for the most part.
- Keeping records of all the utilities for the office and across our portfolio of properties
- Opening and processing post
- Handle a wide spectrum of administrative duties, including office management, procurement, reconciliation and processing of monthly statements, petty cash management and reimbursement, inventory control, liaison with internal and external parties, etc.
- Monitoring company inbox and action tasks where required.
- Review company and personal insurances, renewals and subscriptions
- IT Support
- Liaising and assisting the accounts teams.
- Administrative assistance on property developments and support where necessary the project managers and interior designers.
- Assisting with CEO's 2 children (pickups from school etc)
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Skills:
- Previous experience as an Executive assistant, PA or similar role would be desirable
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to think independently with the confidence to make decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Display discretion and confidentiality and all times
- Ability to use initiative to manage multiple busy diaries
- Driving License required
Benefits:

- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.
