Main duties of the job

The post holder will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be capable of working effectively under pressure. They should be capable of working to schedules and using their own initiative, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for visitors to the division and will be required to liaise and communicate with senior professionals and managers from within the Trust, and externally.

The executive team is a warm and friendly team, with a fast paced work ethic and we are looking for someone who likes a challenge and is passionate about supporting our work to improve patient care

  • Covid-19 Vaccination

  • The Trust uses electronic new starter forms on Trac to collect personal details. Information collected is securely stored and used to set up the employee record on the ESR HR system.
