Personal Assistant & Support Specialist
Location: Stoke-On-Trent + (Hybrid Working*)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
As a PA, you will provide reliable, confidential, and pro-active administrative PA support to both the Head of Central Operations and Head of Channel Management within Commercial Operations including, but not exhaustive to, handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging meetings, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing people databases/organisation charts and team distribution lists.
You will be responsible for varied administrative support to the Central & Commercial Operations teams from the management of Uniform procurement for our front line through to raising People Changes. This is a varied role that requires the ability to build strong and positive relationships, bringing a positive attitude to a high energy and very dynamic and pressured area.
You will also be responsible for arranging rail, air, and hotel travel as and when required, and managing our EVO tool, processing POs (Purchase Orders), submitting/approving expenses and annual leave requests.
Who you are
You are required to have first class planning and organisation skills and to develop strong working relationships specifically with the immediate teams, and with appropriate key contacts across Vodafone.
We are also looking for:
Ability to think ahead, anticipate issues and respond at speed. Forward planning is essential.- Ability to build professional relationships with GMT PA’s, Consumer PA’s and generally all PA’s across UK, Group and External ensuring you are approachable to all.
- A self-starter who is extremely organised, meticulous attention to detail, good humoured under pressure, highly professional with strong prioritisation and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly proficient with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Must be flexible and approachable.
