Personal Assistant

As a Barclays Personal Assistant for People Analytics & Culture, you will be responsible for provid-ing professional secretarial and administrative, assisting four HR Directors within People Analytics & Culture. In this key role, you will deal with a range of people and situations that require appropriate diplomacy, prioritisation, and judgement. You will also be exposed to high confidential information of those you are assisting, which requires a reliable person with a proactive approach, to under-stand the various needs.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
- Managing multiple complex diaries, short notice, and last-minute requests, across multiple stakeholders
- Managing proactively key meetings, papers, review slots, and travel plans
- Raising and tracking PO’s where required, as well as managing booking, and tracking all travel and expenses on behalf of all directors
- Supporting with onboarding of new joiners as required
- Providing holiday and sickness cover to other PAs within the team
- Thinking proactively to identify diary challenges in advance to resolve in a timely manner
- Working with high integrity, trustworthy, working with a highly confidential information
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant and supporting senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and comfortable using online tools
- Experience maintaining calendars/schedules, inbox management, managing expenses and coordinating travel arrangements
- Excellent people skills, good communication skills and able to work well within a team
