This is an exciting PA opportunity, you’ll be at the heart of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets (LBCM) supporting Carla Antunes Da Silva who has recently joined as LBCM CEO. LBCM is an essential part of the LBG growth strategy and this role is a unique one, the LBCM business is varied and includes Financial Markets, Capital Markets and also operates across a number of countries which include, UK, US, Islands and Germany, it also has its own Board.
You'll be based in 10 Gresham Street and whilst we support hybrid working, given the nature of the role, you’ll need to be able to work from the office for at least 3 days per week.
This role requires a highly motivated colleague looking to work in a fast-paced environment and complete a variety of tasks to support the CEO’s agenda.

About the role:
Main responsibilities will include managing the diary of the CEO to ensure the effective use of their time and maximising their ability to contribute to the management and development of LBCM and the Group, as well as travel management, supporting the CEO with external NED responsibilities, co-ordination of papers, general office administration and support to the CEO Office for colleague engagement activity, e.g. coordination of networking events. - Ensuring the CEO is prepared in advance of all meetings with relevant papers, briefings, etc. Plans and prioritises their work to meet commitments aligned with the CEO’s objectives
- Advanced diary management, juggling and prioritising conflicts with Senior stakeholders
- Travel management – confident use of LBG travel systems and international travel process, able to collate agendas and briefings for international visits and work closely with international teams to ensure CEO’s time is maximised over short trips
- Understanding of LBG systems and processes to support the CEO in admin related tasks and ensuring all processes are followed correctly
- Ensure the smooth running of the CEO Office and management of Senior stakeholders as required. Uses compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others. Recognises when compromise is necessary and shifts approach to accommodate others.
- Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders. Works to identify all relevant issues and satisfy the interests of multiple stakeholders during the decision-making process.
- Confident using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarising data for CEO briefings / agendas
- Support CEO Office with colleague engagement activity and coordination/logistics of events and colleague calls
- Senior PA for LBCM, working closely with other PA’s within the team, coordinating PA meetings, holiday covers and other ad hoc PA activities as required. Builds PA networks outside the team
- Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities
