Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive Personal Assistant Support to the Head of Device Ops, Product & Services, The Head of Commercial Management & The Head of Device Ops. You will have a seat at the table of the management team in DOPS, your opinion will be valued and you will be the real eyes and ears of the team, as well as a valued member of our ‘Voice’ Squad, which helps to drive team engagement, promote matters regarding Diversity & Inclusion as well as overseeing the organisation of both the DOPS and Commercial Management team All Hands.
This is an exciting opportunity to support 3 ‘Heads of’ across Devices, Products and Service and Commercial Planning/GTM. This is not a ‘standard PA role’ as this individual will need to develop an understanding of the way 3 individuals work as well as how their roles are impacted by the wider business. This individual will be supported to embed themselves as a key person across all 3 teams at a leadership level, thus will need to be confident operating at every level of the organisation.
Set-up regular and ad-hoc meetings,- Diary and Calendar Management – Confidence in managing three challenging and full diaries
- Email management including inbox control.
- Ensure HOD’s are fully prepared for all meetings actions – including preparation of all pre read materials, follow up on actions, task scheduling and agenda preparation.
- Schedule and reschedule diaries for E bands where meetings move on an ongoing basis
- Relationship Management – Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders, handling of communications, drafting & sending teams wide communications on behalf of E Bands
- SuccessFactors data integrity for the E band manager or departmental wide data changes for bulk uploads
- Manage efficient travel arrangements where supplier/offsite meetings are required
- Organisation and logistics of department wide events e.g. All Hands meetings
Who you are
Proactive; demonstrates initiative- Administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- High energy and enjoys working at pace in a busy passionate team.
- Highly proficient with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
