- Responsible for three senior leaders at Visa who each manage complex client accounts
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries and travel bookings
- Arrange and manage internal and external client meetings including room bookings, AV needs, catering, and meeting planning activities, and liaising with assistants from other teams and organisations
- Manage corporate events such as client events, team appreciation events, or client hospitality events
- Manage and submit expense claims
- Provide Purchase Order and Invoice support to broader teams
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients (at times)
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development working closely with other PAs and EAs to provide cover for departmental admin
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience OR extensive experience within a PA/EA role
- Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential
- Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English
- Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail.
- Solid planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour and a strong team player
