Job description
The primary duties of the Executive Front Desk Receptionist are:
- Greets all visitors, guests, clients, and associates who enter the building, delivering a positive first impression.
- Facilitates incoming front desk calls and visitors for staff of 300.
- Directs all visitors, vendors, media representatives and associates to the appropriate location.
- Directs all Executive Level visitors to Executive Administration staff.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing deliveries, working with Building Services team.
- Facilitates security badges for all visitors and reports any issues to Building Services Manager.
- Monitors garage to ensure visitors have ample parking.
- Provides special project support for other departments as assigned; including but not limited to: Children Outing, Facility and Traffic Safety packet assembly; retail marketing flyer assembly; mailroom support, etc.
- Administrative support for Retail Store Manager including but not limited to Inventory admin assistance and Inventory marketing assistance.
- Responsible for reporting any facility issues in the lobby area (cleanliness or safety issues).
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of office experience in a public contact customer service role.
- 1+ years’ telephone and reception experience.
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Strong communicator with exceptional people skills. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others
- Ability to interact well with clients, visitors, and other associates.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and special projects.
- Proficient in MS office suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain flexible with daily tasks and projects. Ability to multi-task.
- Good problem solving skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, able to take direction and guidance from multiple parties.

- Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 6PM, (37.5 hour work week, no weekends)
- The pay range for this role is $14.00-$16.00 per hour
