We’re on the lookout for an organised and experienced Personal Assistant to Regional Director to support all general administration and office management.

What we are looking for
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisation skills
- A high level of written and spoken English
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to problem solve and able to manage your own time
- An excellent communicator, as you’ll be liaising with a broad range of people both within and outside the organisation
In this full-time, permanent varied role, you’ll provide professional and flexible administration support for the back-office areas, being involved in key attraction initiatives as well as providing comprehensive & effective support to the Regional Director and wider Senior Leadership Team.
This role will include organising and booking meetings, ensuring correct documents are prepared and distributed. You’ll be taking minutes during meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations, managing diaries, keeping accurate records, support with expenditure tracking and liaising with many internal and external stakeholders on the phone, or via email. You’ll keep track of key milestones in the projects and ensure data and document submissions are made in a timely and accurate manner and nothing gets missed.
