Welcome, we are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2002 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
We are now looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to work with the CEO and the Executive team on a full time permanent basis for 37.5 hours per week.
On a day basis the role will include:
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with email and postal correspondence for the CEO
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided
- Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required.
- Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief Executive are met.
- To provide full personal assistant support as required to support the Chief Executive and the Executive Team.
- To provide support for Boards, Committees, Executive Team and other events by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.
- Participate and contribute to organisational/team meetings.
- Provide reports for senior management.
- Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Chief Executive to enable them to fulfil their role.
- Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.
This role is operational from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. The company currently requires most staff to be in the Head Office for 2 days a week. For this post this will be the minimum requirement but the postholder may be required to attend other in person meetings in the office as required
