People Operations Team Leader
Permanent
Up to £38,000 + Pension + BUPA + ShareSave + 6.6 weeks holiday + Hybrid Working (2 days per week in the office)

Key responsibilities
Responsible for leading a team to manage the administration of contracts which support our colleagues life cycle – joiners, movers and leavers. Playing a pivitol role in the candidate experience of joining and leaving B&Q
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure our processes are efficient and meet the needs of the business, working with the team to ensure we remain within SLA’s whilst ensuring the quality and accuracy of our contracts, systems, data and related processes.
Other duties include (but not limited to)
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to assist with fully utilising our contract management system (iCIMS) and improving our service offering as a whole.
Ensure we have effective processes and ways of working in place to manage the administration of the colleague lifecycle, ensuring we deliver a professional and efficient service for B&Q.
Required skills & experience
To be sucessful in this role you will be a strong effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stake holders.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above, or equivalent work experience and have knowledge of at least one of the following: SAPHR, iCIMS
- Ability to build strong relationships and work well with others at all levels
- Good written communication skills, able to create documents/tools and materials
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Able to use Excel to analyse and present data
- Calm under pressure, can understand priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Focussed on accuracy and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Experience of delivering projects
