The Role Responsibilities
- To provide PA support to the Global Head of Liquidity.
- To provide PA support to the Head, Capital Management.
Responsibilities
- Effective management & co-ordination of diary(s) including booking of internal & external meetings/appointments, supporting document (e.g. agendas) and meeting logistics preparation and coordination (e.g. VCs and room bookings)
- Travel Management: Make and manage travel arrangements, processes of travel visas, hotels, cars etc.
- Manage the recruitment for the teams including raising Job requisitions
- Desk bookings
- Preparation and submission of in policy expense claims through the Bank’s online system
- Understanding of the Group’s systems and co-ordination of requests via eProcurement, RMS, Peoplesoft. Preparation of Travel & Expense (“T&E”) claims
- Act as delegate for approvals such as Success Factors, SRM, T&E & epro
- Ensure compliance to travel and expense and other administrative policies
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for the other Treasury PA’s (ensuring holidays don’t overlap)
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties
- Organizing volunteer days and team events/socials
- Ensure new starters/leavers are set up appropriately and checklist completed
- Manage approvals for Treasury Area office and approval access for external property related matters
- Approve shared drive folder access requests
People and Talent
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, MS Word & Excel
- Proficient at PowerPoint
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in fast-paced team and ability to focus on several diverse areas at the same time
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task while remaining calm and professional
- Good written and spoken English with ability to originate correspondence
- Ability to work with people at all levels, particularly senior management, and a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to present information well
- Good sense of humour

Our Ideal Candidate
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in similar role supporting senior managers / lawyers and managing directors
- Comfortable dealing multi-cultural and diverse teams
- Responsive and able to pay meticulous attention to detail (particularly in documents).
- Good communication skills with strong command of English.
- Reliable, discreet, and diplomatic.
- A flexible approach to work and able to work overtime as required.
- A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting priorities.
- Self-motivation, confident, enthusiasm and practical application.
- Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.
