Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head of International in managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will support marketing initiatives, assist with employee visa requirements, conduct research, and provide administrative support to aid international expansion efforts. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be interacting with team members in different locations and time zones around the world.
As Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently manage the diary and inbox of the Head of Multinational, ensuring appointments, meetings and deadlines are effectively organised and prioritised whilst providing cover for the wider multinational management team
- Administer and manage expense reports for the management team, ensuring accurate and timely submission, in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Prepare high-quality documentation, PDFs and slides to support presentations related to Multinational operations, including sales presentations, training and development material and customer presentations
- Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for the management team, considering preferences, budgets and travel policies.
We'd love you to have
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other relevant software.
