Personal assistant to the Group People Service Operations Director and the Group Strategic Workforce Director.
You will need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, possess strong attention to detail, bring a sense of fun and energy to the world of work, establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, and be able to work autonomously as well as being a great teammate!
What you'll do:
- Provide professional and effective administrative support –Hospitality orders, preparing agenda’s/materials, meeting and greeting visitors, and processing expenses.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the various teams.
- Act as a delegate to Directors of for Sky systems including Ariba, Spark & Sky Life for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests)
- Provide new starter support to Directors of leading the onboarding process, organising their system set-up and ordering new equipment.
- Attend key meetings as required, organising onsite and offsite departmental events.
- Lead Corporate business Travel- Arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail and taxi’s.
- Be responsible for proactive diary management – seamlessly organising and maintaining a very busy and constantly changing diaries. Booking all meeting rooms, organising frequent video conferencing sessions for our teams.
- Respond to enquiries and requests; ensuring all client and key contact enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, seeking answers and resolving matters personally where appropriate. Acting as an effective conduit to the Directors.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in using: Microsoft Office Package; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and database systems
- A desire to achieve excellence, being motivated and driven.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy – using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.
- A confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can do attitude, collaborating for success.
- The ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.
- Ability to prioritise and appropriately lead senior team members requirements.
- The ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges
