About The Role

We have a great opportunity to join our PA team at Simplyhealth, where you'll work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team providing seamless Executive support to advance the effectiveness of our Executive Committee member/s.
With two hybrid-working positions available across HR/Strategy and Finance/Risk/Legal, we’ll look to you to provide full Personal Assistant support and administration including, but not limited to; proactively coordinating complex diaries for internal and external meetings, understanding and prioritising incoming requests, acting as first point of contact for team matters, supporting the production of presentation materials, agendas and papers for Operational Committees as well as recording associated actions.

About You

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual. You’ll thrive in a busy role and have the ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude. The successful candidate will have current experience of providing support to a member of an Executive team. The ability to act with a high level of integrity, discretion, calmness and an innate ability to see problems before they arise are key. You'll have exceptional communication skills and be confident in building relationships at all levels.
