Role: Personal Assistant
Location: Manchester (Old Trafford)
Hours: 8.30am - 5.15pm with flexibility required
Salary: Between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
We're looking for a highly polished and professional Personal Assistant to support our board of directors. You'll find yourself in the spotlight as you work closely with our leadership team – playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the business.
First and foremost, you must demonstrate the confidence to work with senior leaders. And while your natural enthusiasm will shine through, it must be underpinned by exceptional organisational skills, so that you can prioritise a busy and challenging workload. Naturally, you must be able to keep a cool head under pressure – using your initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
You'll cover a wide range of highly confidential tasks so will consistently demonstrate discretion, tact and diplomacy. We'll expect you to bring experience working at board level or as a private PA.

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:
- Diary and calendar management – including coordinating business meetings, personal events and managing reservations
- Receiving incoming calls, mails, emails and visitors – screening, re-directing and taking action as required
- There will be a requirement for some private PA tasks including running errands
- Preparing presentations and reports – collating, checking and printing documents
- Taking meeting minutes and recording actions for distribution
- Maintaining files and accurate records
- Organising travel itineraries and appointments

- Flexibility to cover tasks outside of normal business hours
- Extreme organisational skills and the initiative to prioritise effectively
- The ability to act with the utmost discretion
- A positive and willing approach
- The confidence to tackle problems and find appropriate solutions, troubleshooting as required
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone/by email
- The ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction
- A highly professional approach
