Job Description
As the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating and organising attendance to industry trade shows and customer hospitality functions.- Communicating with the central marketing team to create and place adverts/editorials in industry publications and distribute mailshots and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring website and social media platforms are kept up to date.
- Planning and executing cross-site/management team meetings/Christmas/summer socials/team bonding activities to a high standard.
- Organise any internal and external conference room bookings for all Board Meetings and catering if required.
- Board meetings - collate slides and distribute to all attendees in timely manner. Attend to carry out minute taking.
- Provide efficient and effective operational services by delivering exceptional customer service in line with Process and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Have previously worked in a similar role supporting board members
- Ideally have a professional services or a corporate background
- Be IT Literate particularly with MS Office
