Job Description
The key responsibilities of the PA are:
- Provide full support to the Director team.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Delegate work to the appropriate person when required.
- Act as that main interface between the Director and rest of the team.
- Diary management
- Provide secretarial support as required.
- Production of agendas and arranging board meetings when necessary.
- Note taking during meetings as required.
- Any other duties commensurate with your skill set
- Deal with incoming queries, delegating as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Competent in all Microsoft programmes
- Ability to correspond with executive stakeholders.
- Assertive
- Ability to work under pressure.
