As Oxford PharmaGenesis continues to grow, our HR and Finance teams are busier than ever and so we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and friendly Personal Assistant! If you have a flair for flexibly arranging schedules or you delight in diary management then this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative support to our Global Finance Director who heads up a rapidly evolving department and our super organized Global HR Director. The role will include diary management, email management, and providing administrative support for ongoing projects in the HR and Finance teams, so an awareness of the importance of confidentiality is crucial.
You’ll need to meet our Global HR Director and our Global Finance Director once a week in Oxford. The rest of the time you could be based in either our beautiful Grade II-listed barns near Oxford or our office right in the heart of the city of Oxford, or you could be based remotely.
We are looking for a talented Personal Assistant who has:
- experience as a Personal Assistant or as an Executive Assistant
- a confidential and solutions-focused approach
- excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:
- working with HR or Finance teams.
