We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work within our CAMHS and perinatal services based at Hopewood, Nottingham supporting our operational managers.
This is a varied role which requires organisational and analytical skills, initiative and time management skills. The role requires a widely experienced PA with the ability to provide an excellent, confidential, and efficient service.

Applicants should have excellent and proven organisational skills, have the ability to manage their own workload, use their own initiative and form positive working relationships with other admin staff/PAs across the division to ensure the needs of the Operations Manager are met. Effective problem-solving skills are therefore key to this role.

The main duties of this role are to provide Personal Assistance to the Operational Managers to assist them in managing their day-to -day duties. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the wider team including service managers. This includes: -
- Managing all aspects of personal assistant support, working to optimum levels in terms of efficiency and organisation.
- Producing high quality reports within agreed deadlines, as required
- To undertake office duties including complex diary management and e-mail management and ensuring that conflicting and amended appointments are actioned appropriately and to organise travel and accommodation as required
- Facilitate the organisation of meetings/investigations/disciplinaries including venue booking, refreshments, producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance and accurate minute taking and undertake necessary follow-up action within appropriate timeline
- Composing letters and other documentation as required
