Metro Rod South Yorkshire are looking for Drainage / Plumbing Engineers.

About the role:
You’ll be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive works including Pre-Planned Maintenance, drain cleaning, emergency repairs and much more.
Duties will include but aren’t limited to: -
· High-pressure Water Jetting
· Operating iTouch CCTV units
· Carry out site assessments
· Basic plumbing works in both domestic and commercial properties
· Ensure all works required are carried out to a high standard and any further works are noted on jobs.
Hours of work based on 40 hour week, plus overtime paid at time and a half. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
You will be required to take part in an on-call rota to cover emergency out of hours works, and overtime is always available.
About you:
· Excellent communication skills
· IT literacy, including smart phone technology
· Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage
· Flexibility – to cover our 24/7 operation
· Full UK driving licence
· CSCS, HPWJ, Confined Spaces and associated cards (preferred)
· A basic level of plumbing knowledge would be advantageous although training can be given

Successful applicants will be required to go through DBS checking.
Depending on existing skill sets, training can take up to 3 months depending on experience.
