Personal Assistant Dunfermline, Scotland
Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Personal Assistant to the Children’s Services Management Team. The post will be based in Ward 12, Lynebank Hospital, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline.
You will have excellent administration skills preferably within the NHS environment. You are expected to have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and be able to use your own initiative. Experience of working with an NHS environment would be beneficial.
You are expected to have a good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
A flexible approach will be essential as will the ability to deal with the competing demands of the post.
The hours in this post are worked Monday to Friday.
