C&C Search is currently recruiting a part time Marketing & Political Manager to join a fitness and wellness institution.
Salary: £200/day Outside IR35 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office initially, going down to 2 post probation
Set up: Freelance role, but they need someone for the long run! No end date currently in sight

Duties:
- Work alongside the SEO specialist to enhance the institution's engagement and outreach to the community.
- Collaborate with the web designer to update the website and enhance its performance.
- Maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders to maximise marketing effects and ensure customer retention.
- Identify new opportunities for business development.
- Formulate daily content and email campaigns that bring in enquiries and sign-ups.
- Promote events and showcase success stories of graduates.
- Create monthly social media strategy with engaging content.
- Identify new advertising opportunities.
About you:
- You are interested in fitness/wellness/alternative therapies.
- You are proficient in strategising marketing and PR campaigns.
- You have worked in advertising, creating, and executing successful events.
- You are outgoing and have have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and SEO would be helpful.
- You are known to have an analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritise resourcefulness and tangible outcomes.
