If you answered yes, then Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is the place for you.About the TrustRoyal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest general hospital foundation trusts in the country.We provide acute medical and surgical services to Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire and specialist services such as cancer, dialysis, and eye surgery to a wider population across Berkshire and its borders.The Trust is made up of 7 locations with the Royal Berkshire Hospital being the main site.What you’ll be responsible for:· To provide a full personal assistant service to the care group management team in order to help ensure the smooth and efficient organisation and carrying out of their responsibilities.· Within parameters agreed, make judgements and take actions necessary to resolve enquiries, requests and issues raised by managers, staff, external organisations and members of the public. This will include researching, collating and providing information and resolve enquiries and issues, escalating where appropriate.· Ensure that the team are fully briefed on issues as they arise, determining the priority of the issue and, as necessary, obtaining and collating the information needed to enable them to make informed decisions.· To implement, operate and maintain effective and secure systems for the organisation, control and accessing of electronic and paper information resources.· Develop and maintain timely monitoring systems for the obtaining of information and reports regularly required.
