Meraki Talent is supporting an established financial services business in the recruitment of a Personal Assistant. This opportunity is full-time, permanent, and based in Glasgow. Offering a salary between £28,000-£32,000 and a hybrid working model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing a comprehensive and highly confidential executive personal assistance and administrative support service to the Director of the business.
- Complex day-to-day diary management, Inbox management as well as written communication with various departments
- Event co-ordination
- Acting as a main point of contact for the team, screening and handling calls as appropriate from internal stakeholders and the team
- Managing several key documents for the team including planners and evaluation, and the relationship with companies that support these
- Supporting the production of reports and presentations plus other general administration and ad-hoc duties
You will preferably already be operating in a similar Executive Assistant capacity within a corporate environment, you must:
- Be driven and a proven performer, with a diplomatic and tactful approach, who is used to handling sensitive and confidential information. You will be an ambassador of the firm.
- Demonstrate a strong level of PC expertise, spanning MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to work on your own initiative and display enthusiasm for your own career progression
- Have a conscientious and proactive approach, coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multi-task requests within short timescales and demanding deadlines
