Job Description Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Personal Assistant to support Toby Rougier, Chief Executive Office, Lloyds Banking Group Investments and Lloyds Development Capital. Working closely with the Executive Assistant the role spans across all businesses of LBG Investments including Lloyds Development Capital, Citra Living, Equity Investments and Housing Growth Partnership.

  • Manage the diary of the CEO to achieve optimum time efficiency, whilst planning and prioritising a fast-paced schedule and producing comprehensive information to support all appointments.
  • Ensure all the necessary papers and documents are produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams/ offices where necessary.
  • Answer incoming queries, ascertaining their nature and importance, and resolving a range of enquiries.
  • Provide Administrative and planning support for the LDC Investment Committee.
  • Flexibility to support the wider LDC team as required.
  • Gather and provide information on a wide range of topics, including material for various committees and Board Meetings.
  • Minute taking at key meetings as required.
  • Lead the smooth day to day running of operational activities incl. holiday planner, structure charts, reporting and key records etc.
  • Arrange travel requirements within the UK and overseas where required.
  • Read and action all incoming queries via e-mail, Teams, phone, and post, determining actions and priorities.
  • Engage with senior colleagues in the team and outside, clarifying requirements to support business decisions.
  • Arrange meetings with external parties.

  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant.
  • Comfortable acting in a fast-paced environment and prioritising when faced with different demands.
  • Friendly and articulate individual, able to build relationships at all levels quickly both internally and externally.
  • Proactive in ensuring the CEO’s office runs effectively and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to use their initiative and be forward thinking
  • Some understanding of Private Equity.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Keeps an open mind and approaches work in a flexible way
About you:
You will be based in Vine Street, London for a minimum of 3 days per week with some flexibility in regards to home working.
You'll be equally comfortable working as part of a team or on your own initiative. Tactful, discreet, and highly organised and you'll be expected to deal confidently with colleagues at all levels and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior exposure to senior executives in the Group and External Companies will be a regular feature of the role. A calm and self-confident approach is essential when under pressure and working in this fast-paced environment.
Toby is based in London and so the role requires a London-based colleague, with regular office attendance.
