About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support us in our day-to-day personal and administrative tasks. This role is for an initial 6-months with a possibility for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various personal errands, administrative duties, booking travel and holidays and other responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal and professional schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Perform personal errands, such as shopping, delivery and returns, gift purchasing, and dry-cleaning pick-up and drop-off.
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for both business and leisure trips.
  • Manage household staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and others ensuring all needs are met to the highest standard.
  • Manage the care and daily routines of two dogs, including grooming, coordinating walks, occasionally house sitting and organising veterinary appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of trust and confidentiality.
  • Administrative tasks, book-keeping, organising files and general admin.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polite with a positive attitude to life.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A love for dogs and experience in managing their care and wellbeing.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Take initiative on your account to bring order to busy work/life schedules.

Bonus Points:

  • Someone with a background or hobbies in the creative industry (e.g graphic design, interior design, fashion or photography)
  • Someone with a background in administrative fields (legal knowledge, paralegal, accounting/book keeping, etc)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, as needed.
  • Some Work from home
