The BCNO Group unites two world-renowned osteopathic institutions; the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London and the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone, Kent. Job summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and proactive Marketing & Events Officer, working on student recruitment campaigns and encouraging patients to attend our osteopathic teaching clinics. This is an exciting and varied role which will see the post-holder organise open days at our London and Kent sites, organise and attend schools’ careers events with student ambassadors, create and upload copy to our websites and generate content and post on our social media channels. You will work extensively with internal staff, tutors and students across our London and Kent sites and external contacts including graduates and partner agencies.
Key responsibilities:
Events
- Organise and run open days at the London and Kent campuses
- Organise and attend schools’ careers fairs with student ambassadors
Website
- Create and upload copy for our websites (liaising with staff and academic leads to obtain copy and source material)
- Work on the design, navigation and rollout of the new BCNO Group website with our partner agency
Social Media
- Create content (text and visual) and post across social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Film video content from London and Kent sites and obtain images to use across social media platforms
- Design and implement social media advert campaigns
Digital campaigns
- Write and dispatch marketing emails campaigns using MailChimp
Other
- Design posters and marketing collateral as and when required
- Assist with lead generation activities
- Undertake administrative duties as required by the role
- Make a positive contribution to the work of the Marketing team
Undertake other duties as required by the Marketing & Digital Communications Manager
