Personal Assistant to CEO
We are recruiting for a personal assist to our CEO
Experience preffered but not essential.
The right candidate;

- Personable / fun / outgoing
The role will include;
- Provide extensive calendar and diary management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel and book accommodation as required
- Handle all phone calls and emails, screening appropriately
- Preparation and editing of PowerPoint presentations
- Follow up with business stakeholders post meeting to understand business needs and document requirements
· Booking / arranging social activities for the CEO / key clients
Hours will vary with a minimum of 16 -24 per week. The role will include the candidate to be flexible to work from home or office and attend key meetings with the CEO

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
