Personal Assistant to CEO

We are recruiting for a personal assist to our CEO

Experience preffered but not essential.

The right candidate;

• Must have excellent communication

• Must have excellent attention to detail

• Must be able to follow instruction

• Must be able to multitask

• Team player

• Well organised

• IT Literate

• Personable / fun / outgoing

The role will include;

• Provide extensive calendar and diary management

• Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments

• Arrange travel and book accommodation as required

• Handle all phone calls and emails, screening appropriately

• Preparation and editing of PowerPoint presentations

• Follow up with business stakeholders post meeting to understand business needs and document requirements

· Booking / arranging social activities for the CEO / key clients

Hours will vary with a minimum of 16 -24 per week. The role will include the candidate to be flexible to work from home or office and attend key meetings with the CEO

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
