Your role will be to support the manager with office load, which include, answering and making phone calls, sending and receding emails and booking appointment/ meetings which you may be required to attend.

We are seeking a capable Personal Assistant to assist our CEO with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, and will be knowledgeable about the various products our company creates. We are looking for an individual with strong verbal and listening skills who can learn quickly and is able to make well-informed decisions independently.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to accurately and thoroughly take notes in meetings.
- Work well in a team or independently.
- Be able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
- Be able to deal with difficult situations with professional discretion and tact.
- Be able to perform administrative duties quickly and efficiently.
- Be a self-starter who doesn't need close supervision.
- Handle unexpected tasks as they arise.
- The candidate will familarise themselves with the new company and the important aspects and features of the organisation, supporting the CEO with essential tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £21,647.00-£23,315.00 per year
