About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our expanding global team.
You will exercise high discretion when delivering exceptional support to the executive team.
The executive team comprises the CEO, CLO, and COO.
Your remarkable attention to detail and people skills will make Envelop Risk stand out to our partners and key stakeholders.
Working independently in a rapidly developing and evolving environment with ease and resourcefulness is vital.
This role will be in our Bristol office on a hybrid basis, with an occasional need to travel to our London office.
Responsibilities
- Assist executives and senior management in the day-to-day running of the business
- Diary management for executives and senior management across time zones, organising meetings and appointments
- Maintaining workflow materials for executives to stay on top of important tasks and deadlines
- Coordinating travel, including booking flights/cars/hotels/restaurants and handling visa applications where required
- Collating and filing expense reports
- Assisting with organising events
- Providing support to the business administrators with duties such as form filling, data entry, researching, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Occasionally organising management team personal commitments
Key Skills/Experience
- Extensive experience in a PA/EA position, supporting senior-level stakeholder/s
- Extensive experience working with MS Office 365, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven experience building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate broader business goals
- Insurance industry experience is nice to have
- Able to work with the highest levels of professionalism at all times
- Trustworthy with integrity, capable of being privy to highly confidential information without disclosure.
- Highly effective communication skills, able to build strong relationships across a broad range of seniorities both internally & externally
Required Qualifications
- Professional PA and Administration Skill Certificate or equivalent certification
- Qualified by experience
