The Role
At the heart of the department, the role of Personal Assistant assists with the smooth and efficient running of the teams; proactively working to help the VPs in planning and focusing on strategic objectives, coordination, and administration of key activities.
You will:
- Provide efficient and proactive administrative, organisational and logistical support to at least two VP’s
- Carry out diary management, email management as well as report preparation
- Coordinate, create and send meeting agendas and meeting plans along with note taking
- Arrange inductions for new starters in addition to preparing senior leaders for meetings
- Organise events and general administrative duties across the team(s)
Role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full time, permanent/ contract basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office/ and is 100% home-based working.
About You
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:
- Previous experience as a PA or minimum secretarial experience at a senior level
- Excellent attention to detail along with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite in particular PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to prioritise complex workloads and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- An awareness of confidentiality of tasks undertaken and use of appropriate discretion
