I am delighted to inform you of an exciting opportunity within the clinical administration service.
The role is a non patient facing role within the Central Admin Hub and providing support to the Executive Directors. We have a requirement to fill this essential role to support the needs of Directors and wider teams.
The key purpose of this job is to provide a comprehensive and confidential support function for an Executive Director, to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of their office. The post holder is expected to work flexibly to ensure the highest quality of administrative, secretarial and other relevant support is always provided and provide a positive and professional image of the organization in accordance with the Trust values.
The Personal Assistant to the Finance Director is a full time permanent position. Our HUB is expanding rapidly and it is really exciting times to help develop the role and the Team.
Provide a comprehensive service to the Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director, ensuring confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity always.
