Job description
Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director of a Construction Company, Aesthetics Company and a Gym.
Responsibilities:
- General office support, such as, filing, organising, printing, and preparing documents
- Email management, creating documents and spreadsheets, extensive use of Word and Excel
- Prepare and attend meetings
- Outbound calls to suppliers, contractors, employees and other relevant people
- Act as a key point of communication between myself, other employees and external contracts
- Keeping records of finances
- Controlling the business social media accounts
- Being a personal assistant to myself in all areas of my life – this includes the Construction Company, Property Development Company and the Gym
- Being my personal diary, keeping up with a busy schedule and ability to plan my activities well
Essential Criteria:
- Good level of written English and be able to respond professionally to emails and take appropriate notes
- Good level of understanding of Word and Excel
- Act as a key point of communication between myself and others
- Keeping records of finances
- Proactive worker
- Trustworthy, punctual and reliable
- Ability to use Apple products efficiently
- Excellent multitasker
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, Greater London
