Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain product information in the e-commerce system
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product listings on the e-commerce platform
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with data entry and clerical work is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: £19,356.00-£21,992.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bradford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
