Job description
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office tasks
- Transcribe meeting notes and other important information accurately
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments using Outlook Calendar
- File and organize paperwork in both physical and digital formats
Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Assist in collating and producing management information and KPI metrics
- Provide project administrative support, including planning, organizing, and evaluating outcomes
- Handle workforce matters within the Business Support Unit, such as health roster administration and leave management
- Plan and organize events, including necessary supporting materials - Monitor DATIX incidents and ensure investigations are conducted within designated timeframes
- Coordinate requests, complaints, and compliments on behalf of the Estates business unit
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
