Personal Assistant - London – 12-month FTC This is a great job for someone who has experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment with experience in working in a client facing role. A bit about the job: Personal Assistant will provide effective and efficient high-level executive support to two senior directors. You will be supporting them with the prioritisation of work, diary management, meetings management and communication, document production, quality assurance and governance. Personal Assistant will also assist their director’s in researching and following up with actions on matters which fall within their director’s responsibility post meetings- chasing responses, triggering follow-up actions where necessary. You may also provide some lower-level support to the Directors immediate teams. Within this role you will be seen as a point of contact for the Global Client Service team, and you will deal with queries and provide counsel, connect people, and give direction and advice. Some of your responsibilities will include acting as a point of contact for effective diary, email, Microsoft Teams, and meeting management. Alongside this the role holder will support with travel and accommodation arrangements using corporate systems.
