Job description
We are seeking an independent and detail-orientated personal and social media assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience as a PA or secretary and extensive knowledge and use of social media.
Duties
- Assist the manager in running the daily tasks.
- Help organise events
- Update and post on social media
- Research in novelty software/ platforms for the restaurant industry
- Help implement new practices and softwares
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors
- Create and edit videos for social media platforms
- Take high-quality photos for use on social media and other marketing materials.
Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with photography and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
