Job description

Are you an experienced and Recruitment Coordinator, with experience hiring for scale ups, marketing or agencies? We are looking a contractor to help build Digital Voices and scale the teams in the UK and US.

Time requirement: 4 days/week minimum - Full Time
Location: Fully remote
Salary: Dependent on experience, but up to £40,000/year

We are looking for someone to:


    • Run an effective, innovative recruitment process that ensures high calibre, engaged people are effectively recruited into the right roles
    • Ensure that candidates have a positive and empathetic experience
    • Assist development, innovation and continuous improvement across the resourcing cycle covering manpower planning, forecasting, employer branding, attraction, selection and on-boarding
    • Provide high quality recruitment support and expertise to managers, including creating new materials to support the business with interviewing effective
    • Influence stakeholders to manage expectations and share best practice with a focus on reduction of time to hire, reduction of cost per hire and focus on direct sourcing where possible for your team
    • Ensure effective data and insight is provided to key stakeholders to drives future talent decisions and actions and ensure this is up to date and accurate

About you:


We are looking for someone who wants to support a smart and caring team in a fast-paced scaling environment. You'll have several years of experience, ideally in a scale-up environment or the marketing industry, having seen recruitment processes from start to finish. Any experience with international recruitment, specifically in the USA, would be beneficial

You’ll have:


  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment management experience
  • Strong in-house recruitment experience in a similar scale-up environment/marketing industry
  • Strong accountability and experience working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Resilient and can work at pace
  • High energy, drive, proactive and passionate about resourcing and people
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels up to and including C-suite level
  • Knowledge and experience of using Team Tailor and social media to recruit
