Job Title – Personal Administrative Assistant
Pay - £19,800 per annum + £750 Homeworking Allowance + £3,777 London Weighting Allowance (if living in a London borough)
Hours - 35 Hours per Week
Contract - Permanent
Location – Home based with some travel required to London and wider.

As a Personal Administrative Assistant with TACT, you will be a part of our amazing team of professionals working with our organisational values at the heart of their everyday practice. You can review our values here.
The Personal Administrative Assistant will have responsibility for the general administrative functions of the Trust. The successful candidate will be supported to complete their Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
Whilst being homebased, the Personal Administrative Assistant will be required to travel to London for team meetings and training and to other locations for in person events.
The main role requirements for this role include:
- General administrative duties including Minute Taking
- Diary management
- Collating reports for Management meetings
- Maintaining Health and Safety documentation
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff and Trustees
- Dealing with queries from staff and external sources
