Mission Générale
As part of the Northampton team, this position will plan and co-ordinate production workflow into the Northampton site, ensuring resources are optimised and customer demand is met.
Principales activités
- Monitor the critical path for seasonal collections and supply regular updates to all involved parties.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Industrialisation, Customer Service and Production teams
- Liaise with Purchasing team to verify material availability.
- Provide production plan and clear priorities to Production team.
- Report delivery plans, production delays and possible risks to all stakeholders
- Manage stock levels and plan production of ‘made to stock’ program (RNI).
- Provide monthly reports on agreed KPIs.
- Attend the daily production meeting.
- Support strategic growth of the business.
Profil du candidat
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or strong academic achievements.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
