As part of the Northampton team, this position will plan and co-ordinate production workflow into the Northampton site, ensuring resources are optimised and customer demand is met.

• Monitor the critical path for seasonal collections and supply regular updates to all involved parties.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Industrialisation, Customer Service and Production teams
• Liaise with Purchasing team to verify material availability.
• Provide production plan and clear priorities to Production team.
• Report delivery plans, production delays and possible risks to all stakeholders
• Manage stock levels and plan production of ‘made to stock’ program (RNI).
• Provide monthly reports on agreed KPIs.
• Attend the daily production meeting.
• Support strategic growth of the business.

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or strong academic achievements.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
