Permanent Consultant – European Search and Selection specialist in recruiting Mid to Senior Engineering personnel to the Energy, Engineering & Environment sectors to find a senior level recruiter to join their UK office delivering permanent resource solutions across Europe.
Well-known in Europe, their vertical specialisation includes biomass, biogas, wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric recruitment solutions.
This is an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant with a background in Energy/Power Generation recruitment seeking the opportunity to grow and develop a thriving division.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Negotiating terms and offers of employment.
- Sourcing candidates via internal database, advertising, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Interviewing candidates and matching to open or potential vacancies.
- Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview process, and continuous feedback.
Salary £45,000 to £60,000 + 30% Comms + Benefits + Nice working environment with a close-knit team working on the largest energy projects in Europe.
