About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help take our performance marketing efforts to another level. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our paid advertising activity across all key platforms, including AdWords and Facebook, globally. You have a passion for use of data analysis, experimentation and automation technology to make smarter decisions and drive growth. You have a strong track record, seek ownership and thrive more on independence than structure, but you’re also great at taking feedback and working in a team. What You'll Do
- Manage and optimise our digital advertising campaigns on AdWords, Bing, Facebook and more
- Continuously test new ad formats, messaging, targeting and bidding strategies
- Give feedback to the design team on the performance of the assets they provide
- Launch digital ad campaigns to support product launches and broader marketing activity
- Work on budget optimisation to improve the ROI of our campaigns
- Scale our advertising activity by targeting new audiences and geographies
- Get involved in generating ideas for growth experiment roadmap related to the website, mobile app or any marketing activity we do
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience running & optimising digital ad campaigns on AdWords & Facebook, including experience using and writing AdWords scripts
- Expert in data analysis and measuring statistical significance of tests
- Excellent excel/google sheets skills
- Excellent skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel
- Great at thinking "outside the box" and coming up with creative solutions
- Great communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Hunger and drive to be at the forefront of digital advertising innovation
- Excellent written and spoken English
Good to Have
- Previous start-up experience
- Familiarity with Wordpress and Shopify
