Performance Marketing Manager (Google Paid Search & Paid Social Meta)

Short Description:
Our paid channels include Google Paid Search and Meta Ads. They are the largest part of our marketing mix and sales activity. We’re looking for a talented individual to grow our paid acquisition channels and improve their ROAS performance. You’ll own the channel analytics, performance and sales funnel whilst working closely with the digital team. You’ll have a lot of autonomy within the role to grow the channels and test new channels.
Your job role will include:
- Work with marketing and creative individuals to create best in class performance campaigns
- Manage Google Adwords & Meta Ads
- Test and learn activity on campaigns
- Managing paid activity on UK brand sites and international sites.
- Create frameworks and roadmaps for account structures, keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets, and other variables to improve the performance of campaigns
- Keep up to date with modern paid performance trends
- Analyse and report on performance to wider team
- Test new paid channels
- Support AB Testing
- Support ad hoc marketing activities. Our team is flexible and we work on priorities even if they’re out of our day to day job roles.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced with managing paid channels
- Commercially minded
- Proven success managing paid activity
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of relevant paid channel tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
Additional Information:
Hours: The day is 09:30-18:00.

Wage: To be discussed and dependent on experience.

Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
